It’s a weight loss plan I follow & have created to help myself and others lose weight, and to strengthen & tone specifically the abs, glutes (butt), and inner thighs. It’s 24 pages, & you follow it for a month. ❤️ Here is a rundown of what’s in it:

- Exact workouts and exercises for each day, with pictures of how to perform the exercises on the same page so you don’t have to flip back & forth when working out
